When you're ready for deeper work, the platform recommends human coaches based on your profile. You review their backgrounds and specialties, book an intro call, and pay through the platform. The AI continues to prepare you before sessions and help with accountability between them.

Specifically, we don't provide technical architecture advice (we coach on how to make decisions, not what to build), we don't replace therapy or mental health support, we don't coach on general business strategy (that's the CEO's domain), and we don't guarantee job placement.

Human coaching sessions vary by coach ($150-500 per session). Coaches set their own rates, and the platform takes a 15% fee -- lower than most alternatives.

Founding members get AI Pro locked at $29/month for life (limited to the first 100 signups).

How is CTO Coach different from alternatives?
